Sandwich Course Presentation

This wizard enables you to document the presentation of your Sandwich Course in a structured way.

It is essential that you take notes during the class and complete this as the class is unfolding.

Start by submitting the title of your Sandwich Course Presentation Report

When di your sandwich course start?

What is your name?

Enter the name of the company you are working for. For example: Auchan, Carrefour, etc.

Enter the name of the store you are working at. For example: Monoprix Rennes, Auchan Bagnolet, etc.

Enter the name of the department where you are working. For example: Fresh Foods, Fast Moving Goods, etc.

Enter the address where your store is located.

Here, you will introduce yourself.   Say:

• Who you are,
• What your main occupation is,
• Where you work,
• What you do at work,
• Why you chose to attend DistriSup.

Present the company (group) your store belongs to.
You will present both: the company and the store, starting with the company. 
To present the company, do so briefly.

Present the store you are currently working in. 
Here, you want to go into details. Details include the number of employees, the turn-over, etc.

Describe your mission during your sandwich course.

Start with your prime activity. 
The prime activity is the activity you spend the most time on. 
Describe the situation your store or department was in when you were assigned the mission. 
Then describe the situation today.
And explain what you did to get the situation to evolve of remain constant.

In addition to your prime activity, you have secondary activities.

Each activity is an essential element of your mission.
Add as many activities as you have been assigned.

For each secondary activity describe the situation your store or department was in when you were assigned the mission.
Then describe the situation today.
Finally, explain what you did in each activity.
Continue with your secondary activities.

List any obstacles you may have encountered while accomplishing your missions. 
Explain which mission was impacted by the obstacle.  

A typical obstacle you may have encountered could be: "due to the corona virus pandemic customers had less money to spend".

What actions did you take to overcome each obstacle to be able to accomplish the mission you were assigned?
Make sure to relate each action taken to the problem to be solved.  For example:

Problem: people have less money.

Action taken: We helped people spend more wisely, by offering to buy things in bulk.

Rate the activities that you have listed.
Start with the Prime Activity. 
Then continue with the Secondary Activities.

Rate your Prime activity in terms of how much you learned.

Rate how much you learned from your secondary activities.
